Philip Seymour HoffmanPhilip Seymour Hoffman's alleged drug dealer believes he could have "saved" him.

The Capote actor was found dead from an apparent heroin overdose on February 2 and Robert Vineberg - who has been charged with felony drug possession and was one of three suspected dealers charged in connection with the 46-year-old star's death - insisted he would have encouraged him to seek help if they had been together before his death.

The jazz musician, who claims he last saw the actor in person in October, said, "He was my friend. I could've saved him. If I knew he was in town, I would've said, 'Hey, let's make an AA meeting.' If I was with him, it wouldn't have happened. Not under my guard."

Vineberg's last contact with the Hunger Games actor came in December via email and text message and he says they traded messages about staying sober. In an interview from prison, he recalled to the New York Post newspaper, "He left me a voicemail in December saying, 'I'm clean.' We'd text back and forth, 'Oh, I got one day on you! No I've got one day on you.'"

Joe Jonas and Selena GomezJoe Jonas wants Selena Gomez to be "happy."

The 24-year-old singer is a fan of his fellow former Disney star - who previously dated his brother Nick - and is hoping she can continue doing great things in her career following her recent stint in rehab. When asked if he is a fan of the "Come & Get It" hitmaker, he said, "I am! I am! I mean, her career been great and she is going to succeed and I want her to succeed and I want her to be happy!"

The former Jonas Brothers star believes the key to keeping himself on the right track and not succumbing to the pressures of fame is to learn from the mistakes of those he admires. Discussing dealing with fame, he told E! News, "Something that I heard from someone I looked up to was, 'Watch the people around you and learn from their mistakes so you don't make the same.' I just held on to that and any time I saw a celebrity I really looked up to screw up, I just was like 'All right, I am not going to do that or try my best ability to avoid that,' so it's just a learning tool."

Selena, 21, sought help at The Meadows facility in Arizona because she was "burned out," with reports suggesting she underwent the two-week stint in rehab to address her alcohol and marijuana use."

Justin BieberJustin Bieber was allegedly speeding hours before he was arrested in Miami last month.

The 19-year-old star was charged with driving under the influence (DUI), resisting arrest and driving with an invalid license on January 23, but the singer's yellow rented Lamborghini reached 136 MPH at 1.23 a.m., long before he was pulled over by police shortly after 4 a.m.

According to data, obtained by TMZ.com, from the car's built-in GPS tracking system, which recorded its speed and location at all times, the vehicle clocked 108 MPH on the Julia Tuttle Causeway in Miami Beach and accelerated to 136 MPH within a minute while being driven to Set nightclub, where the singer arrived at 2:27 a.m. and partied for an hour before leaving. But the data also shows that Justin was cruising under the speed limit at 27 MPH when he was arrested and accused of drag racing at between 55 and 60 MPH for 15 blocks.

Jake Gyllenhaal and his mystery womanJake Gyllenhaal has been spotted with a new mystery woman in New York City.

The End of Watch star, who recently ended his six-month relationship with model Alyssa Miller, sparked speculation he has already moved on as he strolled around SoHo with a pretty brunette woman on Saturday. The 33-year-old actor looked scruffy and extremely relaxed as he chatted with his companion, who wore matching snow boots, according to the MailOnline website.

Jake is currently shooting his upcoming film Everest, about a 1996 hiking disaster that left eight climbers dead, in Italy, Iceland and Nepal, but flew back to New York to attend Philip Seymour Hoffman's funeral with his pal Michelle Williams on Friday. The duo formed a close friendship on the set of Brokeback Mountain in 2005, and Jake is the godfather to Michelle's eight-year-old daughter, Matilda, with the late Heath Ledger.

A source previously revealed that Jake split from Sports Illustrated beauty Alyssa, 24, in December after they struggled to cope with him relocating to Los Angeles to film his upcoming movie Nightcrawler.

Ashton KutcherAshton Kutcher has been banned from partying while filming Two and A Half Men.

The actor was known among cast and crew for having a good time after a hard day's filming, but producers have ordered him to stop having lots of guests in his luxury $2 million trailer. "Every Friday night after they finished filming, Ashton would throw wild parties until the early hours. The parties were notorious and got way out of hand. It wasn't unusual to see famous friends stumbling out of his trailer," a source said.

However, orders from the bosses of the Warner Bros. lot after complaints were received haven't gone down well with the party loving star and he doesn't want to curb his behavior. "Ashton's not happy about the decision. He says he felt like king of the lot," the source added.

Meanwhile, Ashton was on his best behavior earlier this month, when he attended his twin brother, Michael's wedding in St. Simons Island, Georgia, with his girlfriend Mila Kunis. A source said the actor looked "chill and comfortable" during the ceremony and the following reception.

Bruce JennerBruce Jenner's sons think he is going through an "identity crisis."

But Brody, 30, and Brandon Jenner, 32, who have been spending a lot more time with the Olympic gold medalist since he announced his split from his third wife, Kris Jenner, in October after 22 years of marriage, are reportedly concerned he recently underwent surgery to reduce the size of his Adam's apple but just want their father to be happy.

"[Bruce] is definitely having a moment... an identity crisis, according to Brandon and Brody. They attribute it to Bruce finally being out estranged wife Kris' house... she never would have allowed him to do this living under her roof," a source said.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars haven't asked their 64-year-old father, who has also grown his hair longer recently, about his sudden desire to change his appearance but are supporting him. "However, as long as Bruce is happy, that is all they really care about. Brody has been spending a lot of time with his dad, and the two have never been closer. All they know is that their dad is in a really good place right now, and that is all that matters," the insider said.

Drake and RihannaRihanna and Drake left a nightclub together on Friday night.

The former couple fueled speculation they have rekindled their relationship after they were spotted getting into the same taxi outside Hooray Henry's in West Hollywood. The duo, who collaborated on the track "What's My Name" in 2010, tried to keep the fact they were together under-wraps as they left the club separately.

The 25-year-old beauty left first before the 27-year-old rapper followed her out and got into her waiting taxi seconds later, according to the MailOnline website.

An insider recently told HollywoodLife.com that the "Stay" hitmaker began seeing Drake again late last year but they aren't ready to have a "committed" relationship. "They're doing what they do on the low, and they like to keep it that way. They fill each other's needs when they can, and that's how they're choosing to roll," a source said.

George Clooney and Leonardo DiCaprioGeorge Clooney isn't feuding with Leonardo DiCaprio.

The Monuments Men actor, who made headlines last year when he subtly dissed the Wolf of Wall Street star during an interview, insists he has no issues with the 39-year-old actor. "Somebody made it like there was a big fight. I've known Leo a long time and somebody just made that a fight," the 52-year-old star told ABC News' Popcorn with Peter Travers.

The former E.R. star's publicist was forced to defend him after George suggested Leonardo surrounded himself with the wrong type of people when recalling a basketball game they once played together in Cabo San Lucas.  "The discrepancy between their game and how they talked about their game made me think of how important it is to have someone in your life to tell you what's what. I'm not sure if Leo has someone like that," he said.

Juan Garcia, who was arrested outside the "Come & Get It" hitmaker's house on January 25, was convicted after pleading no contest to the charge in court today and sentenced to 120 days in Los Angeles County Jail.

The 19-year-old obsessed fan, who previously told police that he had traveled from his home in Arizona to see the singer in person, was also placed on three years probation and ordered to stay at least 150 yards away from the 21-year-old star and her home for three years upon his release from prison, according to gossip website TMZ.com.

Police officers rushed to Selena's home in Tarzana, California last month after a family member spotted Juan creeping around and called 911. It is not known if Selena, who spent two weeks in rehab in January, was at home at the time of the incident.
